1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Marlow Music, MarlowVerse ("Platform") or any of it's subsidiaries, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. User Accounts

Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Services

Marlow Music offers subscription-based access to exclusive content from Marlow Music artists. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

4. User Content

Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you upload or post on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with operating the Platform.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to post User Content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Marlow Music and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute content from the Platform without permission
  • Use the Marlow Music name, logo, or trademarks without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Collect or harvest personal information about other users
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform
  • Upload content containing viruses or malicious code

7. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
  • Your contact information
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
  • A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Platform will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARLOW MUSIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Marlow Music, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your User Content

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
